You can return the Amo Elegance item within 14 days of receiving the package.

In order to quickly process your request, we kindly ask you to send us:

 

1. Your order number

2. A short description why you didn't like the item

3. Upon receipt of your request, we will send you further instructions on how to return the item

The AMO Elegance outfits or accessories should be kindly returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please make sure you return the item to us in the same condition as you received it. It should be free of of any damage or signs of wear.

If there are no violations in the above paragraphs, the invoice amount will be refunded to you within 3 weeks from the date we receive your return parcel.

If the product is damaged (for example: torn or stained), no refund is possible.
